  3. Await Approval: Our support team will review your request. If authorized, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

  4. Pack Securely: Package the item securely to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  5. Ship the Item: Dispatch the package to the address provided by our team.

Note: The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.


5. Inspection and Refund Processing

Once your return is received at our Yamini Lifesciences facility, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection.

  • Approval: If the inspection confirms that the seal is unbroken and the product is unused, we will process your refund.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items Upon Delivery

In the rare event that you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Do not break the seal of the incorrect or damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, and Yamini Lifesciences will cover the return shipping costs for our error.
